There’s a common expression that says “when you point a finger, remember that three fingers are pointing back at you.” Without question, this is a leadership quote which pleasantly shocks and inspires folks every time I drop it. Something I love about towers though, like the CN, is that they don’t point anywhere but up. I take as a reminder to reflect on past lessons and achievements as my favourite tool to manage the constructive stress and doubts that comes with leadership and the pursuit of unrealistic goals. Relection pushes all of us forward.
